Professor Kari Smith har arbeidet med NAFOL siden forskerskolen ble opprettet i 2010. I de første fem årene var hun styreleder, og fra 2015 og frem til sluttdato i 2022 har hun vært daglig leder. Kari har bakgrunn som lærer, lærerutdanner og leder for lærerutdanningsprogram. Hun kan vise til et stort antall publikasjoner både nasjonalt og internasjonalt. Forskningsfeltene hennes er vurdering, profesjonell utvikling for lærere, og i de siste årene har hun, sammen med norske og internasjonale kolleger, fokusert på lærerutdanneres profesjonelle læring. Kari jobber mye med veiledningskompetanse, særlig på ph.d.-nivå.
Dziuginta Baraldsnes completed her PhD at the Department of Pedagogy, Religion and Social Studies, Faculty of Education, Arts and Sports at Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL). Baraldsnes is an Associate Professor at the Norwegian Centre for Learning Environment and Behavioural Research in Education, University of Stavanger. She is involved in multiple research projects on school bullying issues, with a focus on the teacher’s role and effort in school bullying prevention and intervention. ORCID
Fredrik Stenhjem Hagen er stipendiat/høyskolelektor ved Høgskulen på Vestlandet. Han arbeider med historiedidaktikk og minnekultur på lærerutdanningen ved HVL.
Selma Dzemidzic Kristiansen is a PhD research fellow at the University of South-Eastern Norway. Her main research interests are Primary Education, Inclusive Education, Cooperative learning, small group interactions and classroom social pedagogy.
Maroua Talbi is a fourth-year PhD student from Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest. Her main research interest centres around the development of English major students’ intercultural communicative competence.
Kathrine Moen is an Associate Professor at Nord University. Her main research interests are professional ethics, values, cultural diversity and religious education in the kindergarten.
Hilde Hjertager Lund is a researcher at Western Norway University of Applied sciences (HVL). Her research interests are pedagogical leadership, ethnography, and cultural diversity in ECEC.
Megumi Nishida is an early childhood educator and PhD candidate at the University of Iceland School of Education. Her work focuses on how self-study empowers teachers’ practice.
Maria-Rosa Raphaela Doublet er forsker ved Høgskulen på Vestlandet. Forskningsinteresser er språkutvikling, flerspråklighet og tidlig andrespråkstilegnelse av norsk.
Tone Holten Kvistad er stipendiat i norskdidaktikk ved Institutt for lærerutdanning, Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet (NTNU). Hennes forskningsinteresser er muntlighet og muntlighetsdidaktikk i morsmålsfaget, med særlig vekt på samtale.
Mette Hvalby is an Associate Professor Candidate in pedagogy at the Department of Education and Sports Science, University of Stavanger. Her main research interests are teacher education, professional development, suitability assessment and mentoring.
Trine Telnes is an Assistant Professor in pedagogy, and a PhD candidate at Nord University’s Faculty of Education and Arts. Her main research interests are kindergarten teachers’ professional praxis, pedagogical leadership in ECEC, infants and toddlers, and art-based and visual methodologies.
Karoline Jangård Selliseth is a PhD candidate at Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL). Her research interests are the changing Norwegian kindergarten sector, the backdrop for implementing and deselecting Commercial Communication Apps (CCA), and CCA’s effect on parent-teacher communication.
